New Facebook Ads Interface

Just wanted to tell you that Facebook just changed their targeting interface & released conversion tracking.
The “targeting interface” is the area where you select your targeting for your ads. It’s now much more intuitive and easier to setup.
The real awesome thing that Facebook finally has done is release their conversion tracking to the public. One of the issues with Facebook advertising previously was tracking who bought your product or signed up for your newsletter was not very intuitive.
Now they offer pixel tracking. Pixel tracking just means that you can place a snippet of code on your “thank you” page (the page where your prospect goes after they complete the action you want them to – email signup, purchase, etc), that will send a code back to Facebook to tell them that the conversion action has been taken. You can now track conversions through Facebook’s interface, instead of having to use your own.
It’s pretty awesome – you can read more about it at Facebook.com/ads
