How to Make a Fake Google PageRank
May 31, 2008
Many webmasters still focus on websites with a high PageRank when it comes to link building and website promotion. They buy PageRank for their site in many ways, such buy links, exchange links, or just by a domain with good Pagerank.
Recently, a new technique of the fake PageRank number of a web site has become popular. Fake Google Pagerank is done by redirecting traffic from googlebot to another site, preferably one with a high PR. So the green bar that shows the PageRank goes up but your pages don’t get indexed or get a single visitor from the engine. This technique called cloaking.
Actually, this fake PageRank technique prevents your web site from showing up in Google because Google thinks that the content of the redirected web site is the content of your site, and doesn’t help your web site rankings or SEO purpose at all. The only effect on your web site is that the green PageRank bar will be longer.
The fake Google Pagerank technique is 301 Redirect the domain you have with .htaccess, PHP header (anything server side) to a page with the desired page rank. It’s better to redirect to something relevant. For example, if you are doing a proxy site, redirect to another proxy site that have good valid PageRank.

Invalid Clicks on Adsense, What To Do?
May 29, 2008
Have you ever clicked your own adsense ads on your own website? I think I’ve made it too. Couple days when I try edit one of our website, accidently I clicked the adsense ads on one of my page.
Actually I’m not sure that I’ve made the click but the Adsense Tracker script that installed on that page reported there’s 1 click happened from the page.
And off course I woried about the status of my adsense account regarding the invalid click, and then I emailed Google Adsense Team. I gave them my Adsense Tracker report. On the report written the time the click happen, the IP address and kind of browser used.
And check what Google Team wrote me for the reply:
==================================================================
Thanks for letting us know about the clicks on your ads. We appreciate your honesty and your continued efforts toward avoiding such clicks going forward. I can confirm that your account is currently active and in good standing.
To help you on your way, we offer the AdSense Preview Tool which will allow you to check the destination of ads on your page without the risk of invalid clicks. For more information, please see: https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/topic.py?topic=160
For additional questions, I’d encourage you to visit the AdSense Help Center (http://www.google.com/adsense_help), our complete resource center for all AdSense topics. Alternatively, feel free to post your question on the forum just for AdSense publishers: the AdSense Help Group (http://groups.google.com/group/adsense-help).
==================================================================
Thanks God, they understand and keep monitoring the situation, that’s what we need to make us more comfort on partnering with Google Adsense.
I know there are some Adsense publisher out there that banned (as I read on some webmaster forum) and didn’t know why they’re banned. I think before you going too far with this Adsense invalid click, you must prepare yourself and also keep monitoring your own account.
Open your Adsense account and see for the clicks generated on the report, if there’s a suspicious activity on it, feel free to email the Adsense team.
You can also install adsense tracker script on your page, I know there are many kind of this script sold out there. It could help you to monitoring the clicks and hopefully, could avoid your adsense for being banned by Google.
Always email Adsense team, they will be happy to guide you for the rest.

How to Make Money from Expired Domain?
May 27, 2008
When I started to sell expired domain with Pagerank, I feel that I’m going to make few bucks. But when I tried to promote it to Digitalpoint Forum, some people asked me about the purpose of those expired domain with Pagerank. And I think I’ll try to answer that question here.
Expired domain with Pagerank is domains that will expired in some fashioned time and you are lucky if those domain having a Pagerank on it. I’m sure that you already know about Pagerank (PR). According to Wikipedia, Pagerank is a link analysis algorithm that assigns a numerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the purpose of “measuring” its relative importance within the set, Sounds complicated, huh? I won’t discuss it here either, lol!
Back to the advantage of expired domain with Pagerank, some people tried to have it because lately it’s getting harder to achieve a good PR. Therefore, I tried to compile list of expired domain with Pagerank on it and sell it to you.
Expired domain with PR also can be used for Paid to Review (PTR) program. In one of my favourite PTR program, website with PR 2 was valued $5 per post review. And for website with PR 3, you can get $10 per post review. It was the minimum price actually, and it’s different for every PTR third party.
Even I could get $40 per review for PR 4 website, read here for my experience.
I’ll post some PTR list here later.
Also, with Pageranked domain, you can sell links to other website. There are many third party that you can join for this purpose, such Backlinks, TLA, etc. Monthly my income from selling links (not on this domain) is around $70-$100 per domain website.
Another advantage of expired domain with pagerank is that you can use it for parking domain business, but you must check it’s alexa rank before you decide to buy the domain.
Maybe some visitor here could add their own experience on using the pageranked domain for your website monetizing program. Feel free to share it here!
It’s better to develop an expired domain than a new one, yes, you know why! And don’t forget to buy expired domain with pagerank and make more money from internet. Good luck!

NASA Gets Ready for Phoenix to Touchdown on Mars
May 25, 2008
After nearly 10 months speeding across 422 million miles (679 million km), the Phoenix spacecraft is just days away from plunging into the Martian atmosphere on Sunday to land near the north pole of Mars. Before the spacecraft, named Phoenix, can dig up ice samples to analyze, it must touch down safely, a prospect that is giving flight control teams and scientists a bad case of nerves. Landing is expected at 4:53 p.m. PDT (11:53 p.m. GMT) on Sunday.
US space scientists were to attempt Sunday to land a 420-million-dollar spacecraft near Mars’s frigid north pole, but were concerned that the odds for success were less than 50 percent.
“This is not a trip to Grandma’s house. Putting a spacecraft safely on Mars is hard and risky,” said Ed Weiler, associate administrator for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Science Mission Directorate in Washington, D.C.
Because of the 171 million miles (275 million km) between Mars and Earth during Phoenix’s red planet arrival, it will take signals about 15 to 20 minutes to reach NASA’s control center at JPL once they’re sent.
The probe will work under harsh conditions with temperatures ranging between minus 73 degrees and minus 33 degrees Celsius (minus 99 to minus 27 degrees Fahrenheit).
“We’re working at night, because that’s when the spacecraft is going to land,” Bass told SPACE.com, adding that the entire Phoenix team should now be in place at JPL and at a primary mission control center at the University of Arizona, Tucson. “This will be just an absolutely thrilling experience.”

Should the landing go as planned, ground controllers expect to hear the first signal on Sunday evening local time. But despite biting their nails to the quick, mission controllers are confident the probe can pull off its perilous descent and embark on ground-breaking research in the planet’s northern plains. The weather forecast is good and the spacecraft on target to hit its target landing site.
Phoenix is equipped with a camera and a 2.35-meter (7.7-foot) robotic arm that can dig as deep as one meter to find ice and heat up samples to detect carbon and hydrogen molecules, essential elements of life.
With its two solar panels unfurled, Phoenix is five meters wide and 1.52 meters long (16 feet wide and five feet long). It weighs 350 kilograms (772 pounds), including 25 kilograms (55 pounds) of scientific instruments.

Starting a Home Based Internet Business
May 24, 2008
For a lot of people the daily grind of working 9 to 5 wears on you after a few years. The tell tale signs of burn out are extended lunches, clocking in five minutes late, leaving five minutes early and a notable lack in work quality. When you begin to show all these signs it is time for a change. The problem comes in that you have bills, you have a family, and you have a life to maintain. This is where so many people get stuck in the daily rut of 9 to 5 and never seem to get out.
Well the Internet is a great way to make changes in your life and your income. The Internet offers a world of opportunity to anyone who is willing to work hard and put in extra time to build a home based Internet business.
One of the hallmarks of the Internet is it is traditionally less expensive to start a home based business than it is to set up a shop in your local town. You are able to work from your home with the computer you already own and slowly add new websites. The cost is minimal and the rewards are limitless.
To start with you will need to sign up as an affiliate marketer. Affiliate marketing is where you sell other peoples merchandise on your website and you earn a commission for each sale.
You will then need to find a hosting company to host your new websites. The cost for hosting can vary a great deal so look around and do not go for the first bargain you find.
Next you will need to purchase a domain name (such luxdomain.com). Shop around most domain names will cost around $7.00 per year. If you are finding a domain name purchase that is a great deal more than other companies you may be spending too much.
Then you will need to find software to build your website. You can use simple text pad types of software that are free on the Internet (such Wordpress)or more elaborate software that costs several hundred dollars. You will need to search around and find software that matches both your budget and skill level.
Finally you will need to purchase FTP software or find free FTP software on the Internet. Then simply build your website with the products you want to sell and start blogging and pinging. The traffic to your website may take a few months to build but if you keep at it you will quickly begin to make money online so you can leave the daily 9 to 5 grind.

Satisfaction with LAMP and Web Open Source
May 20, 2008
Many computer users complain about Microsoft products, even about the mostly used product of Microsoft: WINDOWS. Familiar complaints include, “they don’t let the user alter his own settings,” and “they don’t leave us free to do whatever we want.” We see the same concept in the for-sale templates and in the servers which are built for lowest user input (like Microsoft Servers, ASP, etc.). The executable binary - .exe - is all you get from closed-source proprietary sources.
Don’t you think the user deserves to see the source files, to understand the error message that keeps on popping up, to learn how to make that widget default to a different directory, or how to add a cool new function? Don’t you think the user should be in charge of his or her own product instead of the monopolizing producer of the program? Once you see the code, you already started down the path of becoming an Open Source programmer. That’s the beauty of Open Source.
Do you really think LINUX was built by a big corporation? Or that the APACHE server was a side tool to newly released software? Or that the PHP language was invented by a group of scientists and licensed for free? All of them were created by some intelligent student or a professional coder who wanted something specific for their needs. After the core was created and released, all interested programmers or those who were in need of new functions contributed to the program somehow. Then in time, they became the foundations of the web as we know it today.
The philosophy of Open Source software among other things is that many hands and eyes make for good software, unlike too many cooks spoiling the soup. Bugs are more likely to be caught, and more importantly, fixed, if everyone has access to the source. As in cryptography, closed systems cannot be proven to be free of flaws or errors. While it’s no guarantee that bugs exist, open systems can be examined for flaws; closed systems can only be tested against known bugs (security through obscurity). It is the “unknown unknowns” that can bite you.
So briefly, it is quite obvious that LAMP (LINUX, APACHE, MySQL, PHP, PERL) dominates the Internet web. The reason is that LAMP gives value to the user input and this makes it easily adaptable for different purposes and very flexible for different usages. If you want programs to use for web purposes which you can easily modify and for which you can learn a lot from and thusly turn into a developer yourself, then do not give up using LAMP or other open source software.

Solar Power Bra, Eco-Friendly Charge
May 18, 2008
Clearly we’re huge fans of environmentally-friendly innovation, but this has got to be one of the most ridiculous ideas ever to hit the green market. Japanese lingerie maker Triumph International have invented the perfect eco-friendly girl gadget: the solar-powered bra.
The bra comes with a detachable solar panel, worn around the stomach, which can generate enough electricity to power an iPod or mobile, the makers claim. “It is very comfortable and I can really feel involved in eco-friendly efforts as well,” model Yuko Ishida said.
The environmentally friendly, green-colored brassiere includes a solar belt that goes around the stomach, but its creator admits that “people usually cannot got outside without wearing clothes over it” and says it should not be washed or worn in the rain to avoid damage. The green bra boasts a solar panel around the midriff that can generate enough energy to power an Ipod or its small monitor, which can display messages, such as “save the planet.” It also features liquid-holding baggies with detachable straws in an effort to discourage use of cans and bottles.

“It is very comfortable and I can really feel involved in eco-friendly efforts as well,” model Yuko Ishida said. Of course it raises some interesting issues, given that most folks would wear clothing over them. And then there is this bit from the company: you can’t wash the garment.
The message is very clear. To save our Earth is really crucial - so crucial even women underwear can take a part. The bra was revealed prior to the 2008 G8 Hokkaido Toyoko Summit that will address environmental issues.
Apparently this company keeps looking for innovative ways to use ladies lingerie as they have previously created a bra that turns into a reusable shopping bag. Other “green” concept bras include one with a reusable shopping bag folded conveniently inside, and a “my chopsticks” bra that holds a handy set of reusable, collapsible chopsticks that can be tucked in either side.
